If you are unhappy with your purchase in any ways, please let us know immediately and we will make it right. Our goal is always to keep you, the customer, happy. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will provide return exception to customers outside USA that have exceeded 30 days because the additional delivery days. This is case by case basis so please contact us to be eligible for a return.
Refund (if applicable):
Please email us your order number if you would like a refund within 30 days return policy (exception applies for customers outside USA). In the case when the reason for refund/return is not a result of our error, the product must be returned unused in their original condition with the packaging intact in order to receive a full refund. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Also, please make sure that you order the right type of sponge for your skin type. If the type of sponge does not work for your skin type and the product has been used (or returned after 30 days of receipt of shipment), we cannot offer you a refund.
Late or Missing Refund (if applicable):
If you haven’t received the refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
